This series is a community exploration of time and place. Sarah collected found objects from around Windsor and brought them to Art Windsor-Essex (AWE) for participants to use during the workshops she developed. These workshops were held every Sunday in August as part of AWE’s series, Weekends in the Studio. Each week, Sarah led participants through monoprint techniques that utilize natural textures, pigments, and shapes. Everyone contributed to this collaborative series and created their own individual works to take with them.
